Terms of Service

AmazApply is a job-search assistant. It helps you discover roles, understand your fit, and prepare application materials for your review. AmazApply works within your eligibility rules and the roles, locations, and limits you set, and logs its actions so you can see them.

Every account starts in Review mode, and you approve every application yourself. Hybrid and Auto are off by default. We turn one on for your account only if you ask and after you approve it once, and you can turn it off in one step. While one is on, you authorize AmazApply to submit applications in your name, using the profile and documents you've provided, only within the rules and limits you set. You remain responsible for keeping that information accurate. Submissions aren't switched on yet, so AmazApply doesn't submit applications on your behalf today.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.

• Provide accurate information about your experience and eligibility.
• Don't share your account or use someone else's.
• You must be legally able to work in the roles you apply to; AmazApply doesn't verify this for you.

AmazApply is designed never to fabricate your qualifications — generated documents are grounded in facts you've verified. You remain responsible for reviewing what is prepared and for the accuracy of everything in your applications.

You agree to use AmazApply lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Don't use it to misrepresent yourself, to spam employers, or to circumvent employer systems in ways their terms prohibit.

Paid plans and application credits are described on the Pricing page and billed through our payment provider. An application credit is consumed only when an application is submitted and confirmed. You can cancel at any time and retain access through the period you've paid for.

We work to keep AmazApply available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms; if we make material changes, we'll let you know. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

AmazApply helps with your job search but does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, AmazApply is provided “as is,” and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
